“The food was good. The customer service for the restaurant was bad. I had one drink and no one came back to offer anything else or a refill. When we got there PARKING IS HORRIBLE. They say they have 2 pools not true. One small pool for adults and a baby pool for kids. Yes the ocean is infront but no sand all big rocks. For breakfast it was okay it starts at 8 am. “Our stay at the hotel was good, I would say excellent, however some of the staff wasn’t either in the mood or their misdemeanor is just rude and being serious. That’s a turn off for the business, I would rather have staff that are friendly and helpful rather than just rude. Food was okay, the taste wasn’t up to par but it was edible. Lastly we had an issue with one of the staff, we gave the receptionist the card and like in many hotels , they usually charge whatever card is on file, that wasn’t……
